As part of the Hollythorns residential development, Planning Consent was also obtained for an office building within the site retaining a commercial use to this area of Swanmore. We provided the Client with detailed drawings and information, and co-ordinated with other consultants to allow NHBC and Building Regulation Approvals to be gained and the building to be successfully constructed on site.
