This site was purchased at auction by two private clients. The site originally contained a single dwelling with outbuildings and had outline Planning Consent for two new dwellings. The brief from the Clients was to design two similar dwellings with regard to the external appearance with internal layouts to each individual need. Extensive consultation with Winchester City Council culminated in two distinct dwellings that take advantage of their countryside location.
