This project was presented to us with the benefit of an existing Planning Consent for six new dwellings on the site. The Client was keen to make minor changes to the original designs and these were cleared by New Forest District Council as minor amendments. We also produced a full working drawing package for the Client to enable NHBC Building Regulations Approvals to be gained and give clear and concise information to site.
