This project for the construction of 34 new 1 & 2 bedroom apartments on the site of the former BTC Club in Canute Road was purchased by the Client with the benefit of a Full Planning Consent. Our brief from the Client was to clear outstanding planning conditions with Southampton City Council and produce a full working drawing package to allow NHBC and Building Regulation Approvals to be gained and provide clear and concise information to site to assist in the successful construction of this development on a difficult and restricted site.
