The Client purchased a number of properties to create a site for 13 No. new build 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses in a quiet location close to the centre of Bishops Waltham. With the Client we gained a Full Planning Consent for this site keeping existing mature trees within the site and on the boundaries to retain its rural location. On the success of the original site further land was purchased by the Client adjacent to the development and Planning Consent was gained for a further 5 new houses.
