With the Client we gained a Full Planning Consent for 10 new 2, 3 & 4 bedroom dwellings fronting onto New Road and an office unit within the site, retaining a commercial use. We provided the Client with a full working drawing package including sales plans, conveyance plans and service layouts to enable NHBC and Building Regulation Approvals to be gained.
