This project involved the replacement of two existing farm cottages with a new 4-bedroom dwelling and double garage. The site is close to the centre of Denmead village and on the edge of the countryside boundary, enjoying views across open farmland. The brief for the Client was to provide a cottage style dwelling under a thatched roof with modern internal accommodation requirements. Planning Consent was granted by Winchester City Council, and a working drawing package and specification was provided including details for the roof thatching.
