The Client purchased a property in Winchester Road and adjacent land to provide a site for 11 new 2, 3 & 4 bedroom dwellings on a modern site close to the village of Bishops Waltham. With the Client we gained Full Planning Consent from Winchester City Council providing a layout centred around the mature horse chestnut tree with new access onto Winchester Road. We provided the Client with a full working drawing package including sales plans, conveyance plans and service layouts for each house type.
