This site was originally part of the rear garden to an existing large dwelling and purchased with a view to constructing a new 4 bedroom family home with access gained from Portsdown Hill Road. Careful consideration was given to the impact on neighbouring properties with the layout of site of this new dwelling. This project involved obtaining Full Planning Consent from Portsmouth City Council and preparing a full working drawing package for the Client.
