After a number of discussions with Winchester City Council a Full Planning Consent was given for the construction of a replacement dwelling on the site of the existing building. The new dwelling consists of lounge, study, dining room, kitchen/family room, double garage, 4 bedrooms with bathroom and en-suite overlooking countryside to both the front and rear.
