This site came to us with a Full Planning Consent gained by BDW for the construction of 100 new homes on part of the site formerly used by St Richards Hospital. We provided the Client with a full working drawing package to allow NHBC and Building Regulation Approvals to be gained and provided clear and concise information to site. We also provided sales plans, conveyance plans, and service layouts for each house type.
