Planning Consent had been granted for this site by Eastleigh Borough Council for the construction of 14 3-bedroom mews type houses. The design for this was for a terrace of houses on a gentle curve in a mature tree setting. We provided the Client with a full working drawing package to allow NHBC and Building Regulation Approvals to be gained and information to site for this development.
